Consider the environment
The housing environment is a major criterion in determining the price.
Identify potential pollution, noise or odors, the presence of commercial, industrial or agricultural, can induce any discomfort and don’t just buy from the first house seller who says buy my house.
Think of the facilities of daily life, and what services are nearby? The area is properly served by public transport? Is it easy to park? The immediate surroundings are they embellished with a green space, a particularly "meaningful"? Is the seller not simply saying I want to sell my house fast to entice you to buy quickly?
If housing is in a building
Remember that a small group residence, consisting of low buildings, is more popular than big. Advantage: the provision of a closed private garage rather than a simple box. Other little extras: the existence of a private lobby on ground floor, an intercom, the presence of a guard, a landscaped environment and in the south, a communal pool ( but ask about the charges). Based on three floors, no elevator is highly disadvantageous.
